Funeral services for William Robinson, age 76, will be held 2 P.M., Friday, January 3, 2020, at Madisonville Funeral Home in Madisonville, Texas. Terry Bryan will officiate the service, and interment will follow in Burrows Cemetery. The Robinson family will receive friends Thursday, January 2nd from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the funeral home.

William Stanley Robinson was born August 16, 1943 in Mobile, Alabama to Claude & Thelma Robinson. He had lived in Madisonville since 1965, coming from Houston, and worked as a machinist and carpenter. William was an avid outdoorsman. He passed away following a brief illness December 29, 2019 in Madisonville, Texas. William was preceded in death by both of his parents; brother, James & sister, Linda.

Surviving family members include wife, Margie Robinson of Madisonville; son, Warren Stanley Robinson of Madisonville; daughter, Janet Lynn Calhoun (Chris) of Fresno, CA and grandchildren, Alexandria, Canyon & Miles Robinson.
