Vera Belle Pavlovsky

The world was blessed to welcome Vera Belle (Corbin) Pavlovsky on June 24, 1943, in Houston, Texas. She was born to proud and loving parents, Ernest R. and Chlora (Spaulding) Corbin and lived a remarkable life of eighty-three years until her passing on September 15, 2026, at her residence in Bedias, Texas.

Vera had a number of passions and ways she enjoyed spending her time. One of these was gardening. She took good care of her vegetables and her flowers too. She also embraced opportunities to go fishing. Casting a line and waiting for her next catch was something she definitely looked forward to. Another of her favorite past times consisted of trips on the motorcycle with her husband and going camping with her children. That said, anything that included family was her greatest joy. She especially loved watching her grandchildren and cherished every moment to see her great-grandchildren sprout up. 

Vera was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Paul Pavlovsky.

Those left to cherish her memory are her five children; Larry W. Hobgood (Connie), Paul E. Hobgood (Leona), Carol J. Demastus (Billy), Earnest R. Pavlovsky (Vicki) and Katherine (Pavlovsky) Clinton; nine grandchildren, Ashley, Kristin, Larry, Brandon, Patrick, Jeremy, John, Hank and Precious; twenty-five great-grandchildren; brother, Carlton Corbin, as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, extended family and loving friends.

A memorial service celebrating the life of Vera Belle Pavlovsky will be held in the Bedias Civic Center from 11 A.M. till 3 P.M. on Sunday, October 11, 2026. Lunch will be provided.

Final arrangements for Vera Belle Pavlovsky are under the compassionate care and direction of the Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas.
