Rosie Rigdon, age 78, of Madisonville, passed away January 1, 2019 in Madisonville. A memorial service is scheduled for 11 A.M., Friday, January 4, 2019 at Madisonville Funeral Home in Madisonville. Rev. Dean Ferguson will officiate the service. A visitation will be held from 10 A.M. to service time at the funeral home.

Rosie Lee Rigdon was born June 27, 1940 in Carthage, Texas to Orie B. & Syble (Kirkland) Beck. She was employed as a secretary for Baker Oil Tools and had lived in Pasadena, Texas for most of her life. Rosie enjoyed knitting, crocheting, fishing and spending time with her family. She had lived in Madisonville for the past eleven years.

Rosie was preceded in death by both of her parents and sister, Billy Jean Fairchild. Survivors include husband, Bobby Rigdon of Madisonville; daughters, Chris Dale Moffitt of Colorado, Sherie Shiree Dundon (John) of Center and Denise Juanette Hamby of Madisonville; brothers, Charles Orie Beck (Pamela) of Kingwood and sister, Stacy Aucion of Florida. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three of which she raised as her children, Shane Eugene Rigdon (Roxana), Robert Bradford Seay of Humble and Belinda Cousins of Colorado; twenty-seven great grandchildren and six great, great grandchildren.

Arrangements are entrusted to Madisonville Funeral Home in Madisonville, Texas.
