Funeral services for Jeremy Powell, age 31, will be held 2 P.M., Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Rev. Joshua Crutchfield, pastor of First Baptist Church Madisonville, will officiate the service. Interment will follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.

Richard “Jeremy” Powell was born July 25, 1989 in Vancouver, Washington, the only child of Forrest Carroll & Billie Ann (McClendon) Powell. Jeremy had lived the past fifteen years in Madisonville where he enjoyed hunting, fishing and making custom Legos. Jeremy was the best father to his three children and he loved them very much. Jeremy passed away July 28, 2020 at his home.

Surviving family members include parents, Forrest & Billie Powell of Madisonville; son, Forrest James Powell of College Station, Texas; and daughters, Jessica Ann Powell of Madisonville and Parker Lynnette Powell of College Station.
