Funeral services for Joann Neal, 87, of Normangee, Texas will be held 11 A.M., Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Bro. Glenn Connor will officiate the service, and interment will follow in Brushy Cemetery. A brief visitation will take place prior to the service from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. at the funeral home.

Joan Andrews Neal was born September 27, 1934 in Madisonville, Texas to William & Ruth (Lowery) Andrews. She had worked at the Madisonville Auction Barn when she was younger, later taking a job at Foley's in the Northwest Mall in Houston for many years. Joann had also owned and operated an upholstery shop for a number of years. She passed away March 8, 2022 at her home near Normangee.

Joann was preceded in death by both of her parents; husband, Jack Belonie; son, Bill Neal; brother, Dick Andrews and sister, Billie Jean McLain. She is survived by sons, Randy (Pat) Neal of Huntsville and Ronny Neal of Madisonville; daughter-in-law, Becky Neal of Teague; grandchildren, Johnny Neal, Andy Neal, Gabe Neal, Taylor Evans, Stefani Neal, Brooke Fancher and Susan Neal, as well as six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers: Johnny Neal, Gabe Neal, Andy Neal, Nathan Rodriguez, Dink Andrews, Joel McLain and Andy Waggley
