Evelyn Mosby, age 90, passed away Friday, November 9, 2018 in Madisonville, Texas. A memorial service honoring her life will be held 2 P.M., Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Madisonville Funeral Home in Madisonville, Texas. A private inurnment will be held in the Enon Cemetery in Iola, Texas at a later date.

Janice “Evelyn” Mosby was born February 12, 1928 in Addicks, Texas to Albert & Della Morehead. She was a homemaker her whole life and had lived in Iola, Texas for the past twenty-six years.

Evelyn was preceded in death by both of her parents; husband, John Clifford Mosby and brothers, Elton and Royce Morehead. Surviving family members include daughters, Patsy Baron of Sommerville and Judith Mosby of Bryan; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
