Jacob “Jake” Anderson, 41, of Midway, Texas passed away on June 13, 2025, in Austin, Texas. He was born on December 28, 1983, to Jeff Anderson and Sandy (Vaughn) Hotalen in Landstuhl, Germany.

Jake is survived by his wife, Jennie Anderson; parents, Sandy Hotalen (Doug) and Jeff Anderson (Su); sisters, Aron Anderson and Bethany Miotto; nieces, Jasmine Dudley and Isabel Miotto; nephews, Jeovani Miotto and Mateo Miotto; great-niece, Nyellie Solano; great-nephew, Richard Wallace; and numerous extended family and loving friends.

Jake was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl and Libby Vaughn and uncles, Skip Vaughn and Robert Vaughn.

A memorial service for Jake will be at 2 P.M., Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Midway Church of Christ. Joel Douget will officiate the service. In honoring Jake's wishes, the family asks that all attendees come dressed in casual attire.
