Memorial homegoing services for Gary David Levels, age 64, of Madisonville, will be held 1 P.M., Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Madisonville Funeral Home in Madisonville, Texas. Pastor Ed Collins of Shiloh Baptist Church in Madisonville will officiate the service.

Gary David Levels was born February 5, 1956, in Normangee, Texas to Jimmie Lee, Sr. & Mozell (Chamber) Levels. He was a gardener and a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Mr. Levels had lived all of his life in Madison County. He passed away February 10, 2020 in Madisonville, Texas.

Mr. Levels was preceded in death by both of his parents and sister, Dorothy Ann Levels. He is survived by brother, Jimmie Levels, Jr. of Madisonville.
