Donna Sue (Sharry) Wright, 82, of North Zulch, Texas, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2023 in Caldwell, Texas. She was born on December 8, 1940 in Binger, Oklahoma to Walter Benjamin Sharry and Ida Belle (Davis) Sharry. Her heart belonged to her grandchildren. Donna was a very independent woman and liked taking on challenges by herself. She spent most of her life in Pasadena, Texas and after retirement moved to Lufkin, Texas, where she remained until her health declined in 2015.  She then moved closer to her children.

Donna was preceded in death by both of her parents; first husband and father of her children, Billy Jordan; second husband, Richard Andrews; third husband, Lloyd Wright; and brother, Melvin Sharry. She is survived by her son, Roger Jordan (Janette) of North Zulch, Texas; daughter, Cheryl Farris (Ed) of La Porte, Texas; grandchildren, Jonathan Farris (Anna) of Spring, Texas, Roger Jordan, Jr. (Vivian) of Atlanta, Georgia, Matthew Farris of La Porte, Texas and Kayla O'Connell (Brian) of Dallas, Texas; two great-grandchildren; brother, Don Sharry of Fulshear, Texas; sisters, Joy Nash of Diboll, Texas and Arlena Wilson of Lufkin, Texas; dog, Suzie Q.; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

A funeral service for Donna will be at 11 A.M., Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Bro. Gary Hamrick will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Willowhole Cemetery, North Zulch, Texas. A time of visitation will take place from 10 A.M. until time of the service at the funeral home.
