Donna Lee (Peters) Cheek, 83, of Hilltop Lakes, Texas passed away January 18 2023. She was born February 21, 1939 in Smithville, Missouri to Benton G. and Laura L. (Gabbert) Peters.

Donna was preceded in death by both of her parents and son, Randy Cheek. She is survived by her husband, Carroll B. Cheek of Hilltop Lakes, Texas; son, Steven K. Cheek of Waco, Texas; daughters, Sandra L. Guerrero of Teague, Texas, Christina Ross of Banner Elk, North Carolina and Rene Carol Harrell of Houston, Texas; twelve grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and one sister, Phyllis Waits Shinn of Edmond, Oklahoma

A memorial service for Donna will be at 11 A.M., Friday, January 27, 2023 at the Hilltop Lakes Chapel, Hilltop Lakes, Texas. A graveside service will follow at 1 P.M., at Hopewell Cemetery in Normangee, Texas. Bro. Wayne Barrett will officiate the service.
