Corey Nathan Carroll, 45, of Conroe, Texas, passed away on October 30, 2026, in Iola, Texas. He was born on March 15, 1981, to Leamon and Laurisa (Wright) Carroll.

Corey was known for his unwavering loyalty and his ability to love deeply and fiercely. He embraced life unapologetically, standing firmly on his beliefs and values. Those closest to him were aware that when you had Corey by your side, you had a true ride-or-die companion who would always have your back.

A devoted husband and father, Corey cherished every moment spent with his wife, Nichole, and their children. Together, they created countless memories at Houston Astros games, where Corey's enthusiasm for baseball shone through. His passion for sports and sports memorabilia brought joy not only to him but also to his family as they shared experiences and met famous athletes. He will be fondly remembered as the "wild uncle" by his nieces and nephews, always ready to make them laugh and create unforgettable moments.

Corey was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Joyce and Ernest Wright; paternal grandparents, Aline and Leamon Carroll; and brother, Clayton Raye Hargrove. He is survived by his parents, Leamon and Laurisa Carroll; wife, Nichole Carroll; children, Cameron Carroll and Presley Carroll; brother, Clint Carroll (Krystal); sister, Caidi Brown (Kent); nieces, Brylee Brown, Kennedy Carroll and Kinslea Hynes; nephews, Jaxson Carroll, Braxston Brown, Bryson Brown, and Bretton Brown; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Pam and Russell Tacker; sister-in-law, Kati Hynes (Tanner); and numerous extended family and friends.

A memorial service for Corey will be held at 2 P.M., Sunday, November 8, 2026, at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Kent Brown will officiate the service.
