Cheryl Anne Henderson's Obituary

Cheryl Anne Henderson, 61, of North Zulch, Texas, passed away on April 6, 2026, in Madisonville, Texas. She was born on August 19, 1964, to Morris Richards and Mary Beth Hasley in Fort Benning, Georgia.

Cheryl was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church in North Zulch, where her unwavering faith led her to volunteer selflessly within the community. A natural caretaker, she took pride in helping others navigate life's challenges, often driving friends and family to medical appointments and offering compassionate support. Cheryl had a zest for life; she cherished moments spent traveling, enjoying the thrill of gambling, and soaking up the sun at the beach. Above all, she was a devoted mother, wife, and daughter, loving fiercely and unconditionally.

Cheryl was preceded in death by both of her parents and brother, Derral Richards. She is survived by her husband, Richard Henderson of North Zulch; children, Robert Johnson (Andrea) of North Zulch, Heather Brock (Vincent) of Iola, Elizabeth Wiese (Samuel) of North Zulch, and Misty Bilodeau (Chris) of Fairfield; grandchildren, Luke (Taylor), Bella, Nick, Maddison, Emma, Anna, Ada, Lane, Claire, Abigail, Logan, Noah, and Evelyn; great-grandchild, Levi; sister, Laura Richards of North Zulch; step-mother, Brenda Richards of North Zulch; and nieces and nephews, Lindsay (Conner), Jace, and Lilly.

A graveside service for Cheryl will be held at 10 A.M., Friday, April 10, 2026, in Willowhole Cemetery. Bro. Glenn Connor will officiate the service. A time of visitation and sharing of memories will take place Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 4 P.M. to 6 P.M., at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas.
