Charles Thomas Schiller, 90, of Madisonville, Texas passed away on January 18, 2026, in Madisonville, Texas. He was born to Fred Timothy & Emily Marvelle (Helms) Schiller on December 21, 1935, in Los Angeles, California.
Charles was an avid CB radio enthusiast and a licensed radio operator, he could often be found tinkering with electronics or diving deep into projects inspired by his love for the craft. An incredible food enthusiast, Charles loved concocting his own spices and was known to claim he invented Thousand Island dressing-a testament to his playful spirit and creativity in the kitchen. He also shared a special bond with his beloved cat, who brought joy and companionship to his life.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents; son, Gary Alan Schiller; and a great-grandson, Raymond James, II. He is survived by his wife, Maxine Schiller; daughter, Janis M. Schiller; granddaughter, Michelle Weeks (Raymond); and great-granddaughters, Jasmine and Katelynn Weeks.
