Bell Dwine Noey

Bell Dwine (Hall) Noey, 86, of Normangee, Texas passed away on January 1, 2024, in North Zulch, Texas. She was born on August 16, 1937, in Marquez, Texas to Albert and Viola (Stokes) Hall. Bell married the love of her life, Billie Noey, on March 19, 1955, in Franklin, Texas.

Bell loved everybody and never met a stranger. She was always very welcoming and generous by providing meals to anyone. She raised five boys and although they gave her a hard time, all five of them adored their mother. Bell was the richest woman in the world, not by materialistic things, but with love and family.

Bell was preceded in death by both of her parents and five brothers, Bo, Ed, Donnie, Kay and David Hall. She is survived by her husband, Billie Noey of North Zulch, Texas; her boys, Larry Noey (Debi) of North Zulch, Texas, Dennis Noey (Stacey) of Normangee, Texas, Billy Joe Noey (Tonnie) of Normangee, Texas, Troy Noey (Keri) of Normangee, Texas, and Jimmy Noey (Carol) of North Zulch, Texas; sixteen grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Bobbie Steele (Pat) of Bryan, Texas, Martha Coslin of Donie, Texas, and Mary Padget of Marquez, Texas.

A funeral service for Bell will be at 2 P.M., Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Bro. Glenn Connor will officiate the service. Interment will follow in Winn Cemetery, Marquez, Texas. A public visitation will take place Wednesday, January 3rd from 5 P.M. until 7 P.M. at Madisonville Funeral Home.
