Winston Walls

Winston Walls, age 87, passed away September 23, 2020 at his home in Hilltop Lakes, Texas with his loving wife by his side. He was born August 16, 1933 in Hamlin, West Virginia to Guy & Mable (Lucas) Walls.

Winston retired from Honeywell after thirty-three years of service and had formerly worked for Globe Communications. He enjoyed traveling in his RV before settling in Texas. After moving to Hilltop Lakes, he enjoyed working on his computers. Winston even held computer classes and worked on computers for friends. He was the “go-to” guy for computer problem solving. Winston also loved dogs. He had resided in Hilltop Lakes for the past fifteen years, coming from St. Petersburg, Florida.

Winston was preceded in death by both of his parents and two brothers. He is survived by wife, Nancy Walls of Hilltop Lakes; son, Erik Walls of Clear Water, FL; daughter, Karen Westhead of Wardolf, MD; two sisters; five grandchildren and special nephews, Val & Rod Wall. Winston is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

A memorial service for Winston will be held 1 P.M., Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Hilltop Lakes Chapel. Tony Taylor will officiate the service.

Final arrangements are under the direction of Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas.
