Obituary

Dorothy Maxine (Warriner) Tadlock, 83, of North Zulch, Texas passed away on May 5, 2023 in Bryan, Texas. She was born on December 9, 1939 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Robert Warriner and Dorothy (McDaniels) Warriner.


Dorothy was a kind and giving person. She had served as a board director and volunteer at the Madison County Sonshine Center. Dorothy loved her church, and was the treasurer for many years. Dorothy also enjoyed donating money to the Wounded Warrior Project, with or without her husband's permission.


Dorothy was preceded in death by both of her parents; son, Robbie Lee Tadlock; sister, Betty Noles; brothers, John P. Warriner and Charles "Buster" Warriner; mother-in-law, Fannie Case Tadlock and father-in-law, Oran Paul Tadlock.


Dorothy is survived by her husband of sixty-four years, Robbie Oran Tadlock of North Zulch, Texas; sons, Chance Wane Tadlock of North Zulch, Texas and Vaden Luther Tadlock of Montrose, Colorado; daughters, Alisa Kelly (Gene) of Woodward, Oklahoma, Lori Maxine Mann (Mike) of Crossett, Arkansas, Roberta Tadlock Murphy (Roy) of Midway, Texas; bonus daughter, Bobbie Sue Homer of North Zulch, Texas; brothers, Arthur Warriner of Arizona and Leeroy Warriner (Toni) of Florida along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.


A funeral service for Dorothy will take place at 12 P.M., Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at Sand Prairie Baptist Church, Normangee, Texas. Bro. Larry Andrews will officiate the service. Interment will follow in Willowhole Cemetery, North Zulch, Texas. Visiting hours will be held from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M., Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at the funeral home.
