Beulah Rae Evans

Beulah Rae Evans was born on October 6, 1941 to the late Jimmy, Sr. and Josie Evans in Leon County. After growing up in the local area, at and early age, she joined Wilson Chapel C.O.G.I.C. and later moved to Houston, Texas until God called her number.

She always kept family laughing. She was a very funny person and had no problems with words. She loved horseback riding.

Being comforted are her brothers, Ruben Evans (LaVerne), Neal Evans (Carla), her sisters, Katie Nellums, Lula Madison and Ruth Strickland (Dexiel); two god-daughters, Cynthia Nellums and Veronica Green; six aunts; two uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Two brothers preceded her in death, Earl Evans and Jimmy Evans, Jr.

Homegoing services for Mrs. Evans are scheduled for 3 P.M., Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Interment will follow in Spillar Cemetery.
